If you cannot get a good sleep during the night, you can hardly be useful during the day, right? Having some proper rest is essential for you body and mind to recover and to get ready for what is to come. But what if you find it nearly impossible to fall asleep in the evening?

  1. Start with your bed. Well, with the mattress. Find the one that is good for you.
  2. Go camping! It will  fix your sleeping schedule. Without artificial lights, you will adjust your sleeping schedule to the more natural one.
  3. Always wake up at the same time.
  4. Avoid hitting the snooze button. It is probably the worst thing you can do. If you overcome the initial laziness and wake up when the alarm rings for the first time, you will find it much easier to get up every morning.
  5. Afer waking up, expose yourself to daylight.
  6. Have routine. Do the same things every night before you go to bed.
